Conference Sponsorship Options

Platinum Sponsorship: $10,000 ex GST (Maximum 5 available)

• 1 double space Conference Booth in a prime position
• Complimentary registration for 3 people (including conference materials, free attendance to main conference, workshops, coffee breaks, and conference dinner)
• Logo prominently displayed on the abstract book and conference announcement posters
• Two full page advertisements in the abstract book
• Up to 3 full page advertisements in the conference satchel

• Logo on final program itinerary

Silver Sponsorship: $4,000 ex GST

• Complimentary registration for 1 person (including conference materials, free attendance to main conference, coffee breaks, and conference dinner)

• One half page advertisement in the abstract book¹
• Logo on the AMATA Meeting web site with links to the sponsor's web page
• Logo on final program itinerary
• Acknowledgement as a Silver Sponsor

Conference Dinner: $5,000 ex GST (1 available)

• Exclusive naming rights to the Conference Dinner
• Acknowledgment as the Conference Dinner Sponsor during the Dinner Welcome Address
• Complimentary registration for 1 person (including conference materials, free attendance to main conference, coffee breaks, and conference dinner)
• Two complimentary dinner tickets
• Corporate signage prominently displayed at the Dinner (provided by sponsor)
• Opportunity to make a 5 minute (max) presentation at the Dinner
• Acknowledgement as the Dinner Sponsor in the abstract book and the relevant conference registration pages with logo and a link to the sponsor's web page
• Product sample, promotional give-away or full page advertisement in the conference satchel⁴
• Mailing list of the delegate contact details provided after the Conference in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Keynote Speaker: $3,000 ex GST (1 available)

• Exclusive naming rights to the Keynote Talk
• Acknowledgment as the Keynote Sponsor in the abstract book and the relevant conference registration pages with logo and a link to the sponsor's web page
• Corporate signage prominently displayed during the session (provided by sponsor)
• Overall Workshop/ Special Interest Group Sponsor: price negotiable

Individual Workshops & Special Interest Groups: $3,000 ex GST

Satchel Insert: $1,000 ex GST

• Product sample, promotional give-away or A4 page brochure inserted in conference satchel (maximum 3 items)

Core Facilities Display: $375 ex GST (only available to AMATA Nodes)

• One A0 poster area for display in the Core Facilities Display Area (core facilities will not be permitted to display posters advertising their services in the scientific postersessions.)

Extra Exhibitor Staff: $250 ex GST

If exhibitors require extra staff on their stand, a fee of $250 per person will apply. This covers morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas but does not include attendance to Conference Session or the Conference Dinner.
