The Shine Dome
The conference will take place at the Australian Academy of Science Shine Dome. This building has been a landmark since its construction in 1959. It was the first building in the ACT to be included on the National Heritage list and has been nominated to the World Register for Significant Twentieth Century Architecture.
Public parking areas are situated close to the Shine Dome off Gordon Street and McCoy Crescent. Two disabled parking spaces are available within the Academy car park. Access can be arranged through the Administrative Office of the Academy's Secretariat in Ian Potter House. The Shine Dome is equipped with wheelchair access and disabled facilities.
